World Water Week in Stockholm: 2011 Conclusions and 2012 Announcement

The Overarching Conclusions of the 2011 World Water Week in Stockholm («Responding to Global Changes: Water in an Urbanising World») capture the outcomes from, and the discussions at the 2011 World Water Week in Stockholm. The first chapter outlines the key issues and insights advanced during the week. In the second chapter, five teams of senior and junior rapporteurs offer their narrative on five thematic streams that they covered during the week. Simultaneously, the 1st Announcement for the 2012 World Water Week in Stockholm, 26–31 August  2012, invites interested individuals and organisations to submit workshop abstracts or proposals to convene a seminar or side event.

Overarching Conclusions present the outcomes of the 2011 World Water Week

The 2011 Overarching Conclusions capture the outcomes from and the discussions at the 2011 World Water Week in Stockholm. The report summarises and analyses the discussions at the 2011 World Water Week, and outlines the recommendations and initiatives which were put forward, for the benefit of the water and development communities. The publication also includes the thematic analysis prepared by the appointed World Water Week rapporteur teams.

2012 World Water Week («Water and Food Security») calls for abstracts and event proposals

The 2012 World Water Week in Stockholm, 26–31 August, is inviting interested individuals or organisations to submit workshop abstracts or proposals to convene a seminar or side event. The Announcement also outlines the special theme for the 2011 conference: «Responding to Global Changes – Water in an Urbanising World».
